Yes, as you have already noticed, I don't post paintings daily (although my blog is called daily paintings) but you know what? I was getting soooo stressed trying to have a painting ready every day and having to work and having to spend time with the family and the friends, that I had to stop, breath and take my time to do things. Because I love painting and i want to continue loving it. I am going to take my time... everything you see here might not be loaded daily but it is guaranteed to have been made with tons of love.

Once upon a daisy

Daisies, daisies, daisies are fragile. I wanted to capture their frugality with a few strokes. I got inspired by a daisy I can see from my window on the backyard, it is finally that time of the year when we can enjoy them.

Southwest

These are the colors to be found on the US southwest and northern part of Mexico, you would believe is gold, but is the beautiful dry herb reflecting the golden sun.

My inspiration to this piece was the Chihuahuan desert, which never stops surprising me while I travel trhough it. The colors on the horizon are rich and they combine so beautifully that it is hard to describe the joy experienced by my eyes with words

Another sofa, in loveley purple with trees on the backround, my inspiration..the trees found on the trail up "Sierra Blanca" in Ruidoso New Mexico. Lots of snow this year!

Taking a bath too

I was thinking about possible bathroom decoration and this duck, together with "Peolple bunny" and "Taking a bath" came to my mind as nice options. My characters are very resourceful and flexible, they have different sets of abilities, I pretend to show you some examples in the upcoming days.
